Collection bar and live feedback

Learning from Tempo Studio, we wanted FieldDay to allow for real-time collection of images while simultaneously running the model in order to only collect the data that was actually necessary.

In this early exploration we have a confidence score on the left and a prominent collection bar at the bottom that allowed the user to hold down to collect data. A version of this made it into the final product.
